Vendela Kirsebom was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on January 12, 1967.

Her modeling career began when she was “discovered” by Eileen Ford, at the age of 13, while eating in a restaurant with her parents. 

By the age of 18, she graduated from Rudolf Steiner School and moved to Italy to pursue a career in modeling under the guidance of the famous Ford Models.

Vendela has appeared on numerous magazine covers including Bride's US, Flare Canada, Shape US, FHM UK, and Zest US. She has also been featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition in '93, '94 and '97.

Vendela is also a humanitarian and is a goodwill ambassador to UNICEF.
